2. Purpose of the website
2.1. The website provides information about our services for business clients: dedicated and backup internet access, co-location, virtual private networks and RIPE services.
2.2. Nothing on the website is a binding public offer under the Bulgarian Commerce Act. Service contracts are concluded in writing, based on an individual proposal. The terms of the services themselves are in our Terms and conditions and the other documents on the Documents page.
3. Enquiries
3.1. Enquiries are made by email or phone. Please give your real name, organisation and work contact details so that we can reply.
3.2. Sending an enquiry does not oblige you or us to enter into a contract.
3.3. You may not use the website to send spam, malware or false enquiries, or for anything that could harm the security or operation of the website and its server.
4. Liability
4.1. We aim to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for technical errors or for the website being temporarily unavailable for technical reasons or maintenance.
4.2. We are not liable for damage caused by software faults, computer viruses or cyber attacks affecting a visitor's devices while using the website.
